During a remote support session, a technician will be able to perform any actions as if they were physically sitting in front of the client computer. White Box Computers, its agents or partners will take all necessary precautions to safe guard any data or other computer files during the remote support session but cannot guarantee against any form of data loss. In no event shall White Box Computers, its agents or partners, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits or damages resulting from loss of use or lost data however caused, including negligence and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort, even if advisement has been given, known or should have known of the possibility of such incidental, indirect or consequential damages. White Box Computers, its agents or partners, will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond the reasonable control of White Box Computers. You agree that you have the option to temporarily run this software as a onetime use or install it for future remote support sessions. If you choose to install the software for future use, you agree to these terms on every remote support session. Note: The software will generate a unique code on every use so White Box Computers nor anyone else will have access to your PC once each remote support session is terminated.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed back to this page after your support representative provides you with a unique connection code. You will then enter the code below.
Step 2: You will be prompted to download special remote support software which we will guide you through the install process.
Step 3: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 4: You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
